always have ur res. covered having it open can cause alot of problems from algae to lil critters getting it as far as air stones the more the better its really hard to overdo that

well not all hydro set ups use quite that much work kudos for the work u do but i use a dwc set wit multiple 5 gallon bucket setups and it stays pretty clean i was happy wit my build

but wuts the power usag difference like? is it gonna use more power? if so how much more

like how many and wut type more cfls? or should i got wit a hps

ok so for lighting i have 4 100 watt equilvant cfls and 2 4 foot t12's that are sopossed to b producing 3500 lumens each im growing in a dwc system using 5 gallon buckets wit rock wool and expanded clay pellets, im running the lights 20 on 4 off and for nutrients im using sensi grow A and B and...

(4) 100 equlivent cfls alil over a foot away at the moment but another user just told me i should lowere the light to around 4 inches

ok so everyone i have tlked to has told me to water every three days but when i look at it the soil looks really dry after bout a day an a half, how much should i water each plant? thre around 4 inches and i dont wanta kill them by over watering i think im just watering less then i should each...

well im using the foil car window shade as basicly a light refector is it even worth having i notice the light difference
