Those are tiny yellow spots they can be caused by water only if you are foliar spraying with the lights on, if not, they are a nice indicator that there are mites present. I'd use some neem oil just for the hell of it, wouldn't hurt none.

WOW!! 1000 watts on 2 clones is a bit much IMHO but if you gonna use it place it atleast 3 ft over the plants! To check for mites get a 20 -30x magnifier and check the underside of the leaves; look for eggs too!

Judging by your stems and the overall looks of the plants I'd say a pH problem, alot of different nute def. I see N,P,K, and Ca are a few, and did you check your tap waters pH? did it sit 24-48 hrs. before using? Check the pH and try not to use soils with time released nutes added if you can...

I need to see some pics to be sure, but from what you've stated I can say this: 1)You 're using OF which is a very highly composted soil mix. 2)You added castings and Fruit & Flower 5-8-4. 3)You added Pure Blend Pro 1.5-4-5. Without pics my opinion is they are overfertilized, I'd flush them...

And if you didn't do the clones yourself did you treat them for pest and disease. I can't really tell but I think I see little spots on the the bottom leaves. Always treat plants that you get before putting them in your grow, that's one of the biggest mistakes you can make as a grower.

Missryo how close is your lamp?,what are your temps?, I'd hate for you to start dumping nutes on your plants first, please make sure it's not an environment issue, wouldn't hurt none to start there, you start dumping the wrong ferts for misdiagnosed problems and that's gonna make things worse...

If their good producing strains and you give them a strong veg with lotsa training, those 3 plants will produce more in flower using 600 or 1000 watts, you might get 1/4 lb. a plant or more.

After really looking I'll say it is both heat stress and nute burn, I already gave you the solution for both.
