Try not to go under 48w... They are lows so you will def want a higher watt CFLs to penetrate lower as everyone says. If I was you, 2 plants per 48w CFL MINIMUM. Maybe 1.5 plants per 48w.

TBH I think that CFL is overrated. I think I calculated cfls to produce around 60 lumens per 1 watt. I have 4x48w CFLs now.

Got 2 new 120mm fans and another light. but its a warm white, Never the less, still another. so thats now 4x48w CFLs. The bad looking plant just died :\. Poor fella, just put 2 seeds down for germ. =D
