If it was mold or slime that is bad , what is the best way to combat it and get it tooken care of ?

It's kinda slimy I'd say and on the hoses when I clean some off its Brown but then also the white build up like in the pictures, I completly drain and clean every other week and run florakleen for at least a hour through the system. Is salt buildup something to worry about a lot ?
