get a tent and do the whole lot in big pots, long veg and topping, good nutes;) although a bigger bulb would seriously benefit you, i'd go 600 if you can
no advanced nutrients are ph perfect, dont alter the ph water level at all;)

flood the area with co2! aparrently if you get the ppm upto 10,000 it will kill everything instantly, including yourself if in the room!!

you should watch your ph with and medium/feed. the wrong ph will affect what the elements plant can feed on. The nutes are safe for coco apparently, although never used the stuff on it before, i use hydroton
if your roots arent poking through the rockwool, chances are your drowning them! water rises remember. i do ebb & flow, in veg roots get wet 6 times over 18hrs, in flower 4, get a timer for your pump
