Hmm. It's about frequency, not really the type. But I've read that soft classical music is a really low frequency, which they prefer. So I would use that. Just enough to where it's not going to be annoying to you and just enough to quietly fill your grow room with vibration and sound.

you can bring down those t5's too. the benefit of those is that they dont get hot. I usually put mine about 6-10 inches away. Its also good for preventing stretching, your seedlings look like theyre climbing up to try and get closer to the light source. Id def put those puppies a little closer.
