Im having huge success with CalMag...its cheap on the net...try your local home store if you cant get calmag. They have cloneing powder...im sure theyll carry some kind of calmag.

I would personally chop them. Judging by the hairs alone there ready. Got a 100x scope? If you want a "Head high" then you chop early in trich development. If you want a "Couch lock High" you chop later in the trichs life.....All depends on how you like your eggs;) Hope this helps! Looks Good!
