Why are you so set on 48 days? You sure they will be done by then. I would start flushing now if thats the case, i like to flush for 10 or so days

Its probably not getting sufficient light, therefore its developing slowly.

Might be stressed. Are there heat and/or pest issues? Could be from many things. Might just be the plant, some stay pretty small. Switch em to flowering if yo want, they will def grow

Their not blooming, there called preflowers. They will pop out if u let em veg long enough. Its a good thing, their confirmed females

Buy a new timer....but if you have to then 30 hours of dark. If you get over 12 or 13 hours of light the plant will start to reveg.

Your only a couple weeks in flowering, they really fill up the last week or two

I use the one from homedepot for like 9 bucks. Workts well but not light proof. I imagine you could put some panda over it but my tents in my closet anyways so no worries

Umm if by veggies you mean tomatoes sure, but not cannabis. You need atleast two 600 watters to cover that area unless your just going to veg them there but that still seems like insufficient light for the size
