tie string to the middle of the plant (not tight). you then pull the plant as far as you think it will go, and then steadily increase the tensions as weeks go on. i've pulled them flat before just takes some time.
you could try and "re-veg" one of the ladies you have at the moment. just leave most of the smaller buds and fan leaves from the lower half on. i've seen it done and im sure if you search you could find someone doing it.

Im flowering 2 autos at the moment and its not that smelly. i'd leave things be u got a good thing going.
Cheap co2 production with warm water/yeast/sugar will make a significant differences. talking to your plant will not
