when you do the cuttings do you wait til they root first than put 12/12 of light or 24 hours til it roots than budd it?

well i just moved out that same week.. and i know my neighbors..and we are real cool..its some black dude..so that wouldnt be the case of neighbors calling..they are the ones who showed me how to steal power to begin with...lol...i was only stealing it for a couple days cause i was living there...

lol yup..left the same day..it sucks..just waiting for the right time to start my next one
