Most filters are designed to pull air through them and not push air. Also the more ducting you have the less efficient the filter will be.

Yeah no worries on the amount of light. The spectrum of light is what counts. 6500K for veg. anything under for flowering 4100k, 2700k etc. Heat and air circulation are the other factors.
