ok thanks are temps of 26c ok? if not i can change the temp on fan

my plant has broken the soil and is popping out, it not sitting up straight yet its between a 45 and 90 degree angle, should i put under light now? i have no other lights btw

all seeds have cracked with root coming out, been put into soil now, the pots are in room temperature but soil feels a little cool, should i put em somewhere warmer?
