Sorry I mean I wouldn't add the Red spectrum bulb to plants in veg, It's good to have a little blue spectrum when flowering thou.

I would add 1 x 125w BLUE CFL to flowering along with the 400w HPS, A little blue spectrum stop stretching. I would'nt add red spectrum lights to veg room thou, Unless its a dual spectrum HPS liek the Grolux I use.

Look's liek theyre lacking N to me, Althou you dont want a lot of N during flowering as you're only 2 weeks in id give the next feed as 1/4 bloom and 1/2 strengh grow nutrients, The following feed 1/2 bloom and 1/4 grow nutrients.

Personally I do 20/4 untill flowering, You can do 24/0 if you want, It's down to personal preference

Backoff off the nutes and flush for a week with PH'd water, Also 14c is too low for lights out temp, around 19-20 is optimal.
