Why did you use neem in the first place? What was your problem? It's never advised to be spraying anything during flowering! If it's only the pistils that are "burnt" and not the leaves or any other parts, are you sure they aren't just browning up naturally?

I wouldn't give up too easily if i was you, especially that it's your first grow. Is it a strain worth keeping?? Are the plants showing stress from the mildew? Also if you can get your temps and humidity waaay down you could possibly turn it around. How great would it be overcoming this problem...

Hi Puff... It definately seems to be a P deficiency to me (phosphorus).. Are you using Soil or hydro? And please throw the superthrive in the bin and burn it!! it's absolutely no good during flowering man. Also, what are your temps like?
