Is it true that a transplant basically sets your plant back an entire week? Like, I heard that if you transplant into a larger pot, it takes the plant a good week to readjust and recover from being transplanted. Is this true? Or is transplanting perfectly ok on the plant as long as you're gentle?

Does anyone know if lining the walls of your grow space with an emergency blanket (the reflective kind) is a good source of reflection so more light gets to the plants?

I have 4 plants growing from bagseed. Same soil, same water, same light source (fluorescent). They are all very healthy but one has a dark red stem while the others are green. Is this a problem? Believe it or not, the one with the stem is growing slightly faster than the others, so I don't know...

I understand but this soil is well within my budget, so I just need to know if it is harmful or productive.

Is it any good? It seems like a fluffy soil with alot of room for breathing as it apparently feeds the plant for up to 3 weeks. Is it a good choice or will this brand be harmful to my plants?
