I purchased the space saver 6 and sorry for all the questions but is it okay to have the aerogarden next to a large window or should it be in the dark when growing weed?

alright that will be my next purchase but is there any way to keep up with the lighting manually for now?? also how much water should be in the aerogarden?? do i just follow their instructions and fill it until it is green?

ok fellas my seeds have begun to sprout so i have a few questions before i place them into the sponges. 1. once i place them into the garden, what light cycle should i be using? 2. how high should the aerogarden light hood be from the seeds? 3. how many weeks until i start adding nutes? 4. also...

I was thinking about doing that but i thought that there was a seed for another herb in those sponges??

to begin with i was thinking of just using the aerogarden stock lights and then adding some cfl bulbs as needed and for nutes i've been seeing alot of people using fox farm so i may give that one a try...any suggestions?? and thanks imma check out your grow journal right now.

Well i'm just a beginner, this will be my first grow and at the moment I dont have that much space ya know? but by August or September i'll have way more space....so i'm just using this as an tool to learn or an introduction to growing.

lol i see well thats cool, cfl's aren't expensive so i'll make that purchase sooner. do you have any specific seed reccomendations for a beginner?

From reading some journals I was thinking of using the AG lamps during the early stages and switch to some CFL lamps at the flowering stage. I'm not really to knowledgeable about the wattage needed and all of that yet :sad: any suggestions?

I have a question about buying seeds. I purchased some blue mystic seeds online, but i forgot to get the feminized seeds :o does that mean they're going to rip me off and fill the bag with male seeds?? or Does the sex of the plant depend on how well you take care of it??
