Powdery Mildew Brew that actually WORKS

I got the powdery mildew problem at the end of last summer in the greenhouse. Unfortunately, in the middle of September the weather went to shit and I lost my entire 2019 greenhouse harvest. I scrambled to take cuttings and save any plants that could be revegged and brought them inside. Thats...

Powdery Mildew Brew that actually WORKS

Seaweed does help with keeping mildew away but doesnt help to kill it. It does help to revitalize the plant. I tried fungicides etc. so far this is the thing that has worked the best. Try it before you bash it. Its all natural, and can be sprayed daily without hurting the plant. Within 24 hours...

Should I flush or wait? Outdoor season gone wrong

This year on Vancouver Island the outdoor season was atrocious. With temps dropping and humidity rising in late July, fall came early. I grow in a greenhouse and was not prepared for an early end to the growing season. When the weather changed I hadn’t gathered the necessary winter equipment...

    Lets talk mutants

    Question about trichomes and harvesting

I havent actually taken an average but this is looking directly at the bud, and based on a view of multiple spots on each of the 5 colas. But precise percentages aside, im assuming this plant is just high in CBD. It will be interesting to see what happens in the next few weeks.

    Question about trichomes and harvesting

I grow in a greenhouse in the sun. I may be mistaking clear for cloudy though. I took another look with my scope and it is more like 40% amber, 30% cloudy and 30% clear. Does this mean she just has more CBD or is she ready to harvest even though she still has white pistils?

    Question about trichomes and harvesting

When you look at your trichomes to deside when to harvest and flush do the percentages of amber vs cloudy to watch for change if a cultivar is supposed to be higher in CBD than THC? I have a plant that was flipped on May 20th. She is already showing about 40+% amber, 10% cloudy and 50% clear...

Anyone know how to build a vac to make shatter?

That is a great setup but a bit complex for a beginner shatter maker. I'm assuming you fill it with herb and butane, apply low heat and the vaccume sucks everything out of the bud. Then when the valve is opened the liquid is forced through the screen. However the plastic used in that diagram...
