input ne one?

well, they are pretty much the same height... the only difference is one has more growth closer to the main stem, and the other stretches out further... if that helps...... one is really bushy, and the other is moderately bushy.... I don't know, it's hard to explain.. but they are about 4 1/2-5...

I have 2 different strains of plants, but I don't know what kind they are... anyways my question is what would be the reason one would be flowering and the other isn't? I'm almost 1 month into 12/12....

I only had to spend 10 days, but I did 10 days instead of paying the fine. and that was $920, so it was a better deal... and when I start flowering I have to be consecutive and on time everyday with the lights right? I heard that pretty important...
