I have 2 different strains of plants, but I don't know what kind they are... anyways my question is what would be the reason one would be flowering and the other isn't? I'm almost 1 month into 12/12....

well, they are pretty much the same height... the only difference is one has more growth closer to the main stem, and the other stretches out further... if that helps...... one is really bushy, and the other is moderately bushy.... I don't know, it's hard to explain.. but they are about 4 1/2-5 feet tall.... I need to repot them ASAP, cause I know the pots are waaay to small-could that be a reason to?

Sounds like
A. Two different strains (sativas flower later)

or

B. You've got some hermies due to plant stress during the veg phase. What type of growing conditons do you have? How's your growroom temp? Too high a temp can cause plants to go hermie. Did you top these plants at any point?
