what do you think the cops could do if they found my 2 plants in my backyard?

i keep finding these little black bugs on my plant iv been killing them with my hands everytime i see one but they keep coming back...being the cheap bastard i am i was wondering if i put a couple lady bugs in the pot with my plant would it help?

before i go and spend a bunch of money on an indoor setup is it really that much better then outdoors?

ok i dont feel like going into the long complicated reason i wanna know this so...what would happin if i brought my 2 weed plants(that im growing outdoors) inside and put them under an ordanary red light bulb?..if anything

if i grow 2 plants right beside each other in diffrent pots one has to be a female right?

right now im growin 2 plants...if they both turn out to be males should i just throw them out and start over...or are the male buds just weaker or something?

yea its a noob question...anyways this is gonna be my first grow i been germinating 2 seeds for 3 days now and there sprouting pretty good but just to be 100% sure do i plant them with the white thing facing up or down??
