Let the soil dry between watering, don't overwater. They don't seem to need nutrition yet, but if the lower leaves start to yellow, feed it, start with small amount of nutes, then slowly up the dose if the plants show deficiency. They look like they need more light, but 1000+600w amazon lights...

In what stage are they? If the lower fan leaves are yellowing it's usually nitrogen def A pic would help
