Let the soil dry between watering, don't overwater. They don't seem to need nutrition yet, but if the lower leaves start to yellow, feed it, start with small amount of nutes, then slowly up the dose if the plants show deficiency.
They look like they need more light, but 1000+600w amazon lights should be enough for these plants
What is the humidity?
There is also no benefit in lst this small, let it grow to at least 20cm (8in) then bend it down
