you dont have to, the switch from veg to bloom nutes doesnt really matter. Nutes are still in the plant and soil, its not like the plants cant use the nutes you gave it yesterday because you decided to give it different nutes today

id say dont panic but you already have....just make sure it stands up, pack some soil around it and wait. dont use nutes or try any crazy shit just water like normal and wait.
