Not sure if this plant has gone hermie as i've never seem them like this. Top cola's have these white pods coming out of them but they dont resemble balls. Is this a hermie or wat?

the closet is around 28"C during the day but drops to 12-16"C at night. water 18-22"C day and 11-16"C. I'd like to put a heat mat for the rez but it's a one off grow til i move. Then i'll build something more perma

The top leaves closest to the light got a bit baked today. They grew a inch to much so i've upped the light and placed a brick under the fan so it now aims at the cola's. Should keep temps back down. The ladies seem to be able to handle the bulb 11inchs away i just gotta stay on top of it each...
