Is that aluminum foil around it? If so, don't use it, it may cause burn marks. What kind of fluro?

Its not hot up there, and i dont know why. it stays pretty much 80 in our house. and its just as cool up there. Theres nothing up there, no light, no windows, only way to get up there in the whole duplex is through my closet.....Im in NC i dunno

how could they if no one knows its there?

actually i dont have neighbors. I pretty much live in the hood both houses beside us are empty, my bud a few doors down ran some big deal in Canada with triads and what-not. He's taken me under his wing. The other people on our block deal EVERYTHING. I seriously live in a neighborhood name...

So I found out I have the perfect freaking grow room. I have a dead empty attic that runs the whole length of our duplex, and the only entrance is in my closet's ceiling. Thinking of just getting a 400w HPS and sticking that up in there. And what else is great, its actually really cool up there...

hmmm i see. I just left the entrance open, and its cooled down to like 85-ish. Better, but I want like 80-ish. I also moved the plant to the floor instead of a shelf up higher, and I switched from 3 CFLS and a Fluro, to just one CFL and my fan.

im having the same damn problem. Im just using 2 26 watt daylight CFLS and a oscillating fan and the temp stays at 90. conveniently though, i have an attic entrance in the closet where i grow. And simple ideas for taking advantage of a 1X2 foot hole in your ceiling?

Has anyone on here ever used Ocean Forest soil? A buddy of mine who grows, had a few bags and filled up a couple of pots for me. Its amazing soil, my plants have been in there for 2 days, and the response is amazing. Wish I could snap some pictures, but my camera is MIA Ocean Forest Potting...

This is my first actual attempt at growing, ive had others that sucked and just died, so i decided to try for real. here is what i got. 3 23 watt 1600 lumen CFLS and a small, blue-ish, 850 lumen fluro. Im growing all this in my closet, with a nice little fan on them. here are some pics tell me...
