    Yeah I would actually assume my cat got in and stepped on it but the leaves are facing towards the light and that tells me its just the stem. so im not sure.

    well what do you use then? I just use the stuff it came with, is that not rock wool, or am I retarded. oh and if you can see the picture, green side is up its just up too high.

    I have a possible problem, one of my plants sprouted and a good portion of the root is above ground still. its looking like its just not making it down into the rock wool. I have posted a picture. what should I do if anything? Should I be worried? :?

    Is it at all practical to grow in a dorm room?

    I personally wouldnt do it because its just too risky and not worth it at all. but about the plant size thing, if you have the money or the hookup, auto flowering seeds (learn more on dutch-passion.nl) grow small, and bud fast for quick medium sized yields.
