to me it looks like an over-fert problem. The high level of nutrients accumulates in the leaves and causes them to dry out and burn up. You must flush with clear, clean water immediately to allow the roots to recover, and prevent further damage. good luck.. ease back on the nutes..

yea.. your plant is stretched.. it stretches because its not getting enough light. on your clones after you cut and they survive the shock..since you have florescent you should keep those lights very close to touching your plant. you will see a big difference it will bulk out alot.. i promise...
