i think they have both veg and flower models with the flower being the original one and the veg more recent

ye i once had a 52oz indoor plant under 1 25w cfl, suree it may look like 10-12 plants under a couple 1000w but i assure you this is not the case

you might loose 5-10% because of the glass however you loose much more by having the light alot higher up.. plus id rather have air-cooled - cheap to run vs. AC - more expensive to buy and run
