i dont know if this is a problem or not but my sprouting is 4 inches tall with the 4 leaves on it and the very tips of the 2 leaves are turning a little black. you can barley see it but im a little worried. any suggestions?

okay so i was moving my 4 inch sprouting into a bigger pot and i dropped the the plant right when i was about to put it in the bigger pot so all the soil broke away from the roots and it was just the sprouting and roots. so i just planted that into the bigger pot. is it going to die? it was like...

okay so my seedling is 4 inches high and im using a 120w energy saving compact fluorescent light bulb. i dont know it says R40 reflector, and it only uses 23 watts, and the light output is 1300 lumens, and the color temperature is 2700ºk. is this a good light bult for growing? PLEASE HELP
