a good way to do it, if you have the time and space, is to veg your plant enough, cut a clone off it, root the clone, and put it on 12/12, whatever sex the clone is, will be the sex of your plant. its a process, but a really accurate way if you're able to do so.

i usually have them under lights before they pop, the reason why they pop out of the soil is because they are looking for light. you dont seem to have a whole lot of lighting in the room, i would def use some mylar on that, just to get more out of the cfl's youre using

i think percents in general is bull shit. thc is in the crystals on the pot, if the thc percentage of a plant was 38%, that says that 38% of the plant is made up of trichomes, or 38% of a bud is made out of trichomes.

you reallt dont need to spend that much on nutes, thats grandmaster, you can achieve good results with something like, mother earth as the base, ad big bud and bud candy, and thats it, thats what i use and it works great.

look on the advanced nutrients website. theres directions on how to use all their products.

i dont think it would slow your veg, i know a lot of people who use a 20-20-20 fertilizer the whole way through and get decent results. however, i use advanced nutrients grow, micro, bloom trio. and less bloom is used in veg, if you're really worried about it buy a fertilizer thats got a higher...
