I cleaned my pipe in some iso alcohol the other day, in a cup. Now I have like ash and shit stuck on the bottom, and theres this waxy stuff floating to the top. I was wondering if that waxy stuff on top, brown in color, could be hash oil. Should I just try to pull it out and smoke it to see?

You could just move on to opening it like once every three days, or once a week; depending on how dry it was. And that should give water in the center some more time to spread out before being dried out.
