Ive purchased tents on ebay with steel structure rated at 50lbs hanging weight. Although (theorectially) that can support my light, fan and scubber... theres no way that would trust it. I built a simple wood frame inside the tent for less than 20$ worth of material. Was easy to build and I sleep...

If the tent frame is too weak to support your weight (cheap ebay tents are pretty flimsy) just build a hoist with about 15$ worth of 2x3 wood

these are outdoor mechanical timers often used for swimming pools, they go for about $45 at Home Depot, Lowes, etc.. they have digital ones too!

two rooms: 600w + fans and small water pump, and a 400w in the other plus a few fluros to support a mother. In all, less than 1200w in lighting and less than 10amps in accesories anybody have a decent/easy DIY link to build my own? Thanks
