    how bad do the plants look? are they drooping alot? i'd imagine if u have many gnats flying around, then the roots have been compromised for a while, and the plant has been drooping looking sad for days. depends how large the plant is, and how bad the infestation is. try to deal with them...

    not flowering yet, i've kept them between 16 hrs of light to 24 hrs of light. so still vegging, the females of the bunch will be grown and kept vegging as mothers, so i want to identify the males before any flowering. on a couple other plants i think i see what looks like the calyx growing...

    neem oil works well. the gnats are laying eggs in the soil, the larvae are eating the roots. they survive after hatching in moisture. water with a mixture of neem oil, it wont harm the roots, and will kill the bugs in the soil. maybe transplant into fresh soil. cover the top of the soil...
