Your still good just give it some time, that method is considered supercropping, do no twist next time, just pinch the stem at the softest newest grow. (1-2" from the top) with a little bend at the point of pinch. thats the basic, there is more to supercropping. but your on the right track...

That s a clean setup, maybe consider vegging in another method (T5) just so you could stretch and bush it out more without the pre-flowering. the spectrum of those L.E.D s seems to be focused on flower more, leads me to think that anything you put in the room will be in a flowering state...
