What causes dark green curly leaves on flowering plant? (w/pics)

Two of my plants have these tight curled dark leaves around the bud. I also noticed there are not too many hairs around the bud and just a slight dusting of trichomes, what could be causing this problem? Flowering for 4 weeks, using tiger bloom once a week every other water. LARGE image

Is this a normal part of flowering?

All the 1-3 fingered leaves are tucked inside the main canopy leading me to believe it has something to do with flowering. I just switched to molasses and cut off the miracle gro. Haven't really added nutes in a while.

    Are my autoflowers ruined?

I planted 6 two week old shortryders (Nirvana) outside and I am having a few issues with them. First off, they are all 1 1/2 to 2 feet tall! I know from experience they should not hit more than 18". Most of the leaves are at the top as well, which I would think would be the result of low light...

Is my plant ready to harvest? #387162

I know this gets asked and there is a thread but I don't want to look for it. I just need to know of this is harvestable. I wanted it to go until it was sandy brown but I'm going out of town for a while and want it to dry while I'm gone.

Also does anyone know what strain this could be? It has a very earthy smell. Not harsh at all. The veins in the stem and leaves are deep purple.

    phish water?

Ive been using freshwater to water my plants out of my 55g planted tank for months and it seems to work well. You have to be careful though. Since my aquarium is planted, I use ferts for it. I cant use the water out of it on days that I fertilize.

    CFL flowering question

Ok so I found a Sylvania CFL mini. It says 100w 2700k. Would this be an upgrade from one of the two daylight bulbs or no help at all? Right now I have one 27w daylight, one 23w (100w replace) 2700k bulb and one Ecosmart 42w (150w) soft white.
