hi, basically i 've started my seeds under cfl's but now their through i'm gonna fire up the HPS. thing is at the minute they come go off at 9am and come back on at 3pm. I wanna change it now tho so they go off at 9pm and come on at 3am. is that gonna stress out my seedlings or will they be fine??

It'd be good to keep in touch to find out how ur widow turns out then. How far along is it? I think i'll wait til i get my contactor then before i put the 400 in then. They've ony just touched the surface so it'll only be 3 or 4 days til they get all them glorious lumens :) Thanks for posting...

Ah cool. Thanks for the fast reply :) So do u think i'd be better off just using the HPS for the whole grow rather than the CFL's?? People seem to rate the CFL's for vegging pretty highly. Did you end up with a decent yeild using your HPS??

i've got 2 x 2ft 18w, 3500k for vegging. the rooms a small triangle room (3 sides are 850mmx850mmx1400mm and 1500mm tall) all coated in mylar. Does this sound ok? Also i got a 400w hps. should i start wiv the flo's then finish off the veg wiv the 400 before goin to 12/12?? any help helps :)...
