how can i tell if my plant has gone into flowering? my plant has pistils coming out of the bud spots

i got this fertilizer called mater magic. how often should i use? Total Nitrogen 8.00% (N) 0.30% Ammoniacal nitrogen 6.80% water insoluble nitrogen 0.90% other water soluble Available Phoshate 5.00% (P) Soluble Potash 5.00 (K) Calcium 4.50% Sulfur 1.00%

will it do well outdoors?

im a first time grower so just making sure nothings wrong

i dont have any lights :(

would a 40w light do anything ..... im only using it for a lil (like 4 days for about 2 hours per day) than it goes outdoors and im sprouting

i did it .... you dont think the transfering will shock them?

could i put my sprouts into it the soil or will it just hurt them
