VO, I have tried the tissue method and earth method seeds are not "Popping" either way. . How long do they need to rest after harvesting , or dont they need rest?

I have recently harvested a low ryder#2 that had been fertilised with LR#2 pollen . The seeds looked perfect nice and dark and streaky. (over400) Have planted about 2 dozen so far no success at all. Any Ideas please.
