The future.... what's in your crystalball?

Grandfathered system along with LP running simultaneously. That pink sheet will be your golden ticket to combat Willie Harper and his weed factories. Eventually the 40k or so will drop in the next 10 years in half or whatever. LPs should already know that the current patient base isn't going...

    Greenleaf Medicinal product recall

If LPs were into this business to put out a quality product and help the sick along with running a business, they would have done their research and realized it's not a viable market if they truly want to help the sick. The excuse of "we have expenses etc" is not an answer for why the product...

    MMPR Grow op: Small Scale

Ummm you know security checks are all done through computers. All the records of people are there. It's a very comprehensive list. To say that it's a lot of work is a load of crap unless they are doing an investigation on any suspected criminal element. Still marveled on how tweed and...

    MMPR Grow op: Small Scale

No one sees anything wrong with the fact that you have to keep following up with HC or hire a "professional " to work with HC. Honestly we aren't dealing with nuclear weapons or hazardous waste. Essentially the only major issue should be security as the rest of the items covered for a grow...

    MMPR Grow op: Small Scale

^ pretty much the last post sums up the truth. The front line workers may not have a clue about what is going on but I'd bet my 100 plant garden the final approval is given by someone directed from the minister and PMO staff

    Two seized BC shipments

This is absolute horse shit. So health Canada argues that LP can produce and grow yet here are two major players buying product essentially off the street. Sorry guess proper due diligence wasn't done by health Canada. Appeal is officially up in smoke.

Greenleaf Medicinals - Latest Approved LP

Thanks for the clarification looks like health Canada is on the ball with LPs as much as they are with patients. All the best and goodluck, I hope you last till we are able to move to the recreational use phase. I do have one question which was the main stumbling block to me: if the medical...

your thoughts on today's court case(federal)

Basically law enforcement now has the tools to watch people more closely. Ideally anyone doing anything illegal will be a lot quicker to pick up. Nothing changes otherwise, if cops haven't bothered you now they aren't going to after this LPS will get the new patients and the 40k with these...

your thoughts on today's court case(federal)

No court dates yet and it's business as usual so no expiry date now until trial is set and concluded with a new course of action.

I assume it's what can be transported or on hand at one time. I don't see anything affecting storage limits or daily dosage. Just means if you are a DG you can't transport a month dosage at a time. Kills the illegal trafficking aspect of it. My interpretation so please don't quote it.

I feel so stressed out this morning!

If you goto the vancouver federal court site and read the entries of the case after you look it up there are about 67 entries documenting the case from submission to march 20th. http://cas-ncr-nter03.cas-satj.gc.ca/IndexingQueries/infp_RE_info_e.php?court_no=T-2030-13

I feel so stressed out this morning!

Pretty sure it's an injunction till trial date. The judge requested a lot of information yesterday from each party and got them to agree on a date. It's just a matter of when the actual court date is.

your thoughts on today's court case(federal)

Pretty much if I was a betting man I would place a good wager on this as well. I have spoken to a lot of people who have history with the evolution of the program and they have said this from the beginning. Like has been previously posted in other threads all these LPs getting suckered by...
