Yup that's what my people have been saying. Legal opinion and court system are very different then the political scene.

Ya kinda like how the medical and recreational marihuana industries differ. Someone should have really thought about this before they came up with this recreational LP industry and tried to force the medical users to be the experiment for them. Silly LP's growing is for patients lol go John Conroy go

I know a lot of other designated growers have grown for patients pinkie but LP's have not..... LP's are growing(Males)Lol Which LP's are owned by patients????seriously I heard one LP out of them all say they have a patient working for them but other than that????

come on now at least punkie had enough balls to come back here but I don't think she can play without KG's permission. most of the LP wannabe's are busy now with their own court case to bad it's bankruptcy court. may our lights burn bright and our gardens be filled with weeds wild wood weeds that is.

My Judicial Review was filed and accepted yesterday in Federal Court in Ontario...today I'm filing a notice of motion to be heard on short notice..with a few different issue s then JC..Hopfully JC is successful in this injuction..then my application wont go far..but I wont have to destroy my garden!! Im sure our pupls will still be valid come friday folks but if not ill be heard on tues. There is no way HC is going to win against me, ;)

First Hc sends unregistered leters out!! now there website states if you dont send in by writing you have destroyed your meds they will relay your personal medical info to the police!! That is discusting and I blasted them really good on the phone yesterday!! lol I even called the police!! to have that dumb ass heath minister charge with threatening and intimidation!! ;) lol Told the police ill be turning myself in @12:01 apr 1st...in lindsay ontario..if were all illegal on the first I invite every that can to come join me!! :) Im not running and not going to hide!!! I will do what I have every right to do!!! Grow my own.

I thought about doing the same thing. Spare my family the embarrassment, just march right in to the RCMP detachment and say ok here I am what are you going to do with me now? I'll take my meds with a vaporizer please. And could you bring me a couple of extra pillows to put under my knees and maybe a hot water bottle?please?

Im very well known..I recieved 197 grams back from a judge in 06 via s.24 order by a judge..I was busted before I had an mmar permit. My pot was ordered back by kevin wilson he did Terry Parkers case..this entire scheme is a fraud..dont buy into folks..the judge cannot voilate the principals of fundamental justice or our rights to choose an alternative form of treatment that accords with our own values..I tried to make an apt to be busted twice b4 opp said they would not arrest me!

ruh roh going to be hard to clean out the shop by then. I was hoping the letter would give me a month to posses at the shop, in case i get searched down for leaves and bits and tainted tools.

If JC cant protect me..ill be protecting myself..then showing everyone else how to protect themselves..as ive been doing for more then ten years now. Im not asking to have mmar/mmpr declaired unconstitutional..im going in on my medical needs be protected.

no we are all special people..we are Canadians..we all have a right to grow our own..these isuse have already been dealt with in courts..when the mmar/mmpr is flawed..so is the cdsa..then prohibition dies.
