Not a expert don't take my advice but from what I think, possibly be mute burn, to much water, or ph off in water and soil.

Yea buddy just bought a 23 watt 6500k daylight. So I currently have x2 23w 650k bulbs and x2 19w 500k bulbs ( also daylight ) What would you guys suggest of a combination of the four and which (if needed) kind of other spectrum would be good to add in a early/mid vegg stage?
