The ph of current drinking water is 7.1/7.2

I have a 3 week old that I was watering moderately for first two weeks and I wasnt check the ph and i think it made some leaves yellow on just the outter part of the tips. (also redish pink in the yellow tips).

So I stopped watering it for a week and last night I gave her two cap fulls of the 7.1/7.2 last night and am wondering if I should do the same in the morn or so?

too much water more likely. 7.2 water is fine if your soil is buffered to correct ph.
I have shitty soil some organic miracle grow brand 0.5/0.10/0.5.

Gonna transplant it in next few days, if I just add some perlite or dolomite lime at the bottom of the pot I should be good?

All appreciate it, but to have a confirmed answer.. Since I don't have anything to change the ph is 7.2 bad even for just a cap full or two? It's just a red solo cup so not a hole lot of soil

mix up a jug of water with 1/3 cup of vinegar in it..............that will drop your ph. i use apple cider vinegar.

lol.......thanks. that one is as old as Julius Caesar.........
when soil is buffered properly, your water's ph doesn't mean so much to the soil. the soil is stronger. now........you don't want to foliar feed/water with acidic or alkaline water. that would not be buffered.
