Im no expert, but i would get rid of the halagens. Halogens put out low lumens per watt. And i would also get a bigger fan or put the one u have closer or on a higher setting, that should beef the stems up a bit. Overall your plants look very healthy to me tho.

what about low temps(60'F)? I have a plant thats 65 days into flowering(indica bagseed) and its just really hairy the buds are not swelling up. Im flowering with CFL's(268W/14250Li.) are they going to swell up and get fatter or is the low lumens and cold temps gonna keep them the same?
