I think you should cover your wall's with some reflective material and get the lamp closer to the plant so it don't start stretching.

Biobizz has some good products, I am using a mix of terra vega from canna for soil and biobizz root juice

Sound good so far! Upload some pic's from your setup, would love to take a peek. I am on a low budget grow myself with 125w cfl's setup. I had some temp issues at the start, with outside temp's above 38c. I found a simple solution to cool the air down by 4c. Here is my setup...
