Grow Advise (first grow, lowrider2 auto)

Hello guys im new here, im on my first grow atm, ( Lowrider2 auto), i decided to start with an autoflower just to see how it turns up,
Im growing my lowrider 2 in a arian cupboard with 250w CFL ( veg and flower bulbs) on 20/4 atm, water ph is 6.6, temp between 27-29 C and humidity between 55-70 atm, im using batmix soil btw, just wanted to know if u guys think theres anything else im missing or anything that i can improve?

that is a good range in general but cannabis grows BEST at a certain PH. Between 6 and 6.5 is what many say for soil and around 5.8 for hydroponics.

I doubt it would have a big difference, if you are using additional fertilizers your soil should become more acidic from salt buildup etc. If you are using soil with slow release you may find it becomes more alkaline if you dont add ferts as the slow release will be used by the plant and washed out eventually.

not sure mate never heard of it sorry lol. I use potting mix with 3 month ferts in and i just flush the crap outa it the night before i use it. Then i use a weaker than normal fert mix until im into 2nd or 3rd week of flower. Works for me anyway. Id just maybe feed every week with a week mix of maybe some grow/bloom fro what stage you are in and micro nutrients or something that the soil might not have and keep and eye on the plant for deficiencies or overdoses and treat anything accordingly

you wanna push her but not too far so a soil mix might have a safe level for your standard house plant so you can usually put some extra oomph into it just dont get too excited and overdo it as we all have done once or twice before lol

Sound good so far! Upload some pic's from your setup, would love to take a peek. I am on a low budget grow myself with 125w cfl's setup. I had some temp issues at the start, with outside temp's above 38c. I found a simple solution to cool the air down by 4c.

Biobizz has some good products, I am using a mix of terra vega from canna for soil and biobizz root juice

canna products are great i swear by rhizotonic these days for cuttings, seedlings and just general good growth. (No i dont work for canna :) ) You could find out if your soil mix has good bacterias like mycorrhizae bacillus etc and add them if needed. Im new to beneficial bacteria but it seems to be a very good thing for plant health

towel is there to bring humidity up, aaa bit messy there atm but will re arange once the plant is flowing, this has been 1 week since starting with seed, what u guys think?

I think you should cover your wall's with some reflective material and get the lamp closer to the plant so it don't start stretching.

i agree with mtzion. you should put the light closer to the plant and also the pot is a bit large for a seedling. when istart from seeds i use small styrofoam cups because they are easy to transplant into larger containers due to how easy it is to break them down without stressing the plant.
