That seems to be a nutrient burn. how much Mg are you feeding your plant? And what brand of soil did you use? Do you let your plants soil get a little dry?

hey man your going to need more than that you should have those two fans up top as an exhaust and then get a desk fan and tip it on its side facing up. this way the bottom fan is circulating the air while the fans up top are removing the hotter air. cause hot air rises. peace
