Do you think they are winning the war on drugs

my uncles pad used to get raided all the time.......as far as weed goes, I still think they would make more money off legalizing and taxing it, and not wasting money locking up potheads.
 
I read that almost half of the US states do tax drugs, all of them, bt nobody buys the tax stamps except stamp colectors, if you go on norml and search through the states you can see what their tax stamp looks like, one state taxes 200 bucks for a gram of coke or heroine
 
yea but the thing is you have to bring the product in to get the tax stamp .... therefore bringing illegal shit in a government building and admitting guilt.. reason why no one can use them.
i had only heard this for hemp in my state

They make money by the amount of people in prison also. Its a fucked up world yet some people are still proud of it... :|
 
i had to do a essay in college on mandatory minimums.. very sad.. one guy got 90years in prison cuz his weed came from a farm nearby that had 1000's of plants, he had NEVER been there and didnt know it was grown there just sold some of it, they said he was a part of it and got him for conspiricy to manifacture some 100's of lbs of weed.
people who financed the whole thing played it off on him and they went free

anyone ever seen the documentary grass...it shows a veitnam vet who served two tours in nam, get sentenced to 50 years for seliing an oz to an undercover/

Yea heroin is the most healthy drug, it just turns you into a monster. That is of course if your not shooting up.

And I've done methadone.....bleh I'll never do it again! I tok prolly 3 or 4 and I fuckin went to school. I hella puked on the side of the street at lunch, and when I came back from lunch everyone said I looked terrible and my teacher actually thought I was dieing or some shit. I must have had a bad reaction or something, but yea I didnt like it.

Heh yea just did a report on it. That was fucked up, his parents thought he belonged there which is what i thought was really fucked up though.
 
What is it going to take to get people to get off their butts and go do something? I mean seriously, there's enough angry people, do we just need a leader?
 
There is no drug war.
Using a drug doesn't constitute a body of crime... look it up (not in a ******* blog please)
It is a complex socioeconomic class war.
 
well i live in the bay area. And if anything ive noticed waaaaay more E is going around. Acid pretty easy to find if you go into Frisco/Haight St. Shrooms r more difficult to find- but then again maybe i just dont have a good hookup for em.
 
I dont think its that hard to come by good pot or shrooms or even glass I dont do it but I know i can get some "bombdiggity" as he described it. But I think that when you can afford to grow without worry then definitley do it because to many people fuck you on bag weights or prices if its not one its the other. thats why you befriend the right peoople. bongsmilie peace

yeah i knew a guy that worked with a group that made them in georgia.
i did them occasionally in high school but i dont fuck with anything but the chronic now a days.
