the halogen is just for seedling stage i have 2 60cm flouro fittings now with 18watt bulbs will these do do u rekon? if not is a normal incandesant bulb better? can u suggest some other budget lighting options? have had good growth thought, about 3 inches in 4 days

hey man..thanks for the quick reply..i bought a mini fan today and have jus set it up near the seedlings..not too power tho so it doesnt destroy them..also i wana ask about the type of lighting..i have been using a halogen bulb since germination however i bought a fluorecent bulb today instead...
