    Why are my babies drooping

Even though some roots are coming out the bottom doesn't mean that the cup is filled with roots. Wait until they're about this size. Or you can just grow it to maturity in the cup.

    Already flowering?

People transplant and train autos all the time without issue. Done correctly, there should be no slow down because of transplanting. Even Mephisto, who only sells autos, recommends starting in solo cups and transplanting.

    Why are my babies drooping

I wouldn't know..........I've never grown that strain. I have no idea how much my plants drink........I grow in coco and keep them saturated at all times. 1/2 gallon twice a day for every plant.

    Why are my babies drooping

All plants need are the basic elements........no need for snake oils and other unnecessary additives. I use only one nutrient the entire grow.

That's not near enough light........you need at least 100 watts.........that's only 14. I wouldn't expect too much from that light.

    Transplant

Poor soil with little aeration and too low temperature resulting in poor growth. What soil is it? The seedling looks like it's 4 days old.

Seedlings Leaves Look Like Cabbage Leaves

Don't do that. Don't mix coco and soil........they have different pH and feeding requirements. Either use coco or soil. Coco requires daily feeding to run off and should stay saturated at all times.......soil has to go through a wet/dry cycle.

No reason to add vermiculite. This is what 30% Perlite looks like.
