my leaves are turning brown in the middle than progressing throughout the leaf till death and is happening fast. thought it was just too hot since theyre still in pots but now all of my plants from clones to plants that are ready to stick in the ground are on their deathbed as well.please help

i have the same problem my ballast hums i tried changing bulbs using the the cords from the other ballast ive definitely concluded its this ballast took the cover off the end right now money is an issue is there a way to test either the capasitor or ignitor
